I saw him a couple of years back and it was much improved from a while back.  He's maybe knocked the weed on the head cos I warned the wife to expect a bit of croakiness (at a minimim) and he sounded....well.....fab.

That's never happened since the ticket sale moved to October (2009) so it would be a surprise.

In 2008 they announced Jay Z, Kings of Leon and The Verve in February, tickets on sale in April, sold out (supposedly) the day before the festival started.
