I love Canada did the Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver then did a cruise to Alaska. One of my favourite countries, very lucky.

It's a great country until efests leaves a string dangling at 2am and you have to work the next day. 

(I live in Calgary, the Rockies are a treat)

Currently in the IEC pot myself! Debating Toronto v Vancouver. I've been to the former and thinking the latter has far more beautiful surrounding scenery!

Toronto for me feels European whereas Vancouver seems more Canadian.

That's funny. I find Toronto lacks character. Giant concrete jungle and all that. With Van you get the ocean AND the mountains (and a way more chilled out city)
