Tuna
Warpaint's new album is very "I've got some work to get on with today." Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Edited June 15, 2017 by Tuna

They're not bad or anything, just not very interesting. They've no business headlining a stage Came in to say exactly this. Dull in the extreme. Take themselves far too seriously as well. We had a much better time downstairs drinking diesel.
Purple aki squat
First time in years that I won't be spending much time up there. Love that stage but weak this year, flaming lips and moonlandingz all I've got. John peel for me this year, typical, hot and sunny and stood in a tent. Woffy
Well I'm watching Warpaint. Fuck it.

Whats it like at Glastonbury seeing a headliner which maybe will have a small crowd? My plan is to see some Foos, but then go to see Warpaint who I rather like. It may be a bit rubbish tho if its me and a handful of others there!
dentalplan
Well, fer all the stick it's got, I actually think Park's consistently the strongest stage this year. Not there a whole lot cos I'm dashing between all the other stages but if I was plonked in front of a single stage it'd be that one - only really gets tough after 4 on Sunday. RDH92
Did we ever get to the bottom of what Emily Eavis was chatting when she said 'There's quite a few surprises this year, in the Park Stage'? http://www.nme.com/news/music/emily-eavis-discusses-rest-glastonbury-2017-line-next-announcements-2032085
CaledonianGonzo
New venue in the Rabbit Hole and an Elbow-shaped TBA seem to be two of them. Add on Johnny Depp popping up in the next field over and there's yer hat trick.
FloorFiller
Been amping myself up for that four act run on the Friday (Margo Price, Hamilton Leithauser, Mark Lanegan, Angel Olsen) by listening to all their albums in the scorching sun. Now incredibly excited for Leithauser and Lanegan whereas before I was seeing them more out of convenience (Lanegan especially). Excited to spend some quality time up at the Park. Sun blazing for all of these tar!
fightoffyour
Let's talk about Hamilton Leithauser. I went with very high hopes and he blew them out of the water. I prefer this record to anything he's done with The Walkmen, bar The Rat. Sorry Russy.
willsnewman
Only act I saw on The Park this year was Joe Goddard and maaaaan it was good. Pure joy.
Lubic
Loved Warpaint. And Amber Arcades were excellent earlier on in the day.

D-Low
First time I've ever watched any bands at the park this year (shameful I know). Sigrid and All We Are. Both top quality. Was hoping to catch Warpaint but the clashes that night were hellish.

My man... his solo work has been more or less where the Walkmen left off but with fewer guitars. And then The Rat sounds as if it could be a completely different guy to that era and the following solo material. You are making NO SENSE right now. But yeah this shit was fucking incredible - peak Park Stage.
Amy Lawn
Hamilton was the dog's bollocks, watched it again at work today. Could see my stupid head nodding along a lot though, annoyed me.
FloorFiller
My run of Margo Price - Hamilton Leithauser - Mark Lanegan - Angel Olsen ended up being one of my most joyous of the whole festival. Right at the front for all of em, all put on great performances, and the lovely weather sure did help. Glad I got to spend the best part of a day up there - always a pleasure. Huckleberry Finn
Almost disappointed by Emily's comments about changing the Park for 2019. I'm all for evolution, but it is my favourite part of the site. What do we think she could mean?

fightoffyour
When I watched it back last night I realised that you could hear me shout "Hamilton, you're a fucking Legend!" To which he replies "Good man, you've got great taste."
nikkic
The Moonlandingz and Sigrid were ace. Gutted I didn't make Joe Goddard but bumped into friends on the way up and ended up getting dragged to Arcadia for Goldie (which was actually brilliant). CaledonianGonzo
Spent our final night dancing to tropical beats at Sofrito in the HMS Sweet Charity and then watched the sun come up from the foot of the Ribbon Tower. Nice night.
