Most Anticipated Moment...

Having almost the whole of East Camper van field too ourselves on the Monday night and having a quiet time fire reminiscing about the whole thing. Last year we found a dumped piano and four sofas, got the fire pit out watched the sun go down and it was probably the best night of the festival for me :)

Hammering in my last tent peg.

musically I can't wait to lose my shit to John Grant playing Pale Green Ghosts and Radiohead playing Reckoner

entire Glastonbury wise its got to be that first cold pint of Brothers, surrounded by all friends happy in the knowledge that you have nothing to worry about for the next 5 days

Walking up to the park hill on the Thursday, cider in hand and just sitting there taking it all in. Thats the moment when you know you've entered paradise and can forget about everything for what feels like 4 very short days. It's perfect

I've got two:

The first note of Blue Monday, having not seen New Order live since 2003. I'm not sure I'll be able to cope.

And Mr Blue Sky. It will, I'm sure, be fucking lashing it down at that very moment, just to complete the perfect irony :D.

Absolutely this!

I think my most anticipated moment will be my first glimpse of the site from the coach. It's like an adrenaline shot to the soul.

Ah my 18 year old sister is coming for the first time on Friday afternoon straight after her final college exam. I would love to be able to see her reaction as she comes over that hill and the festival is in full swing

Music-wise, Beck playing Where It's At on the Pyramid will be incredible.

Also, I'll add to the list of people saying All My Friends - seen them play it 4 times before, but it looks like it's taking its rightful place as set closer this time around.

More general stuff:

- Finishing setting up camp on Wednesday

- Watching the fireworks and burning man at the Stone Circle on Wednesday night

- Waking up Thursday morning and having a whole day to wander around the site

- Gumbo from Crayfish Bob

    • 1. Baby Dave - Billy 2. A - Prang   Not really got round to listening to many more in May so not really fair to vote but shoutout to EPs from Bleech 9:3 - Bleech 9:3 & Villanelle - Measly Means
    • Guitarricadelafuente was bloody brilliant tonight. This is going to be a very Spanish focussed year for me. Rusowsky dragging out Las Ketchup on Saturday has the potential to be a Prima magic moment.
    • £112 for standard entry. No thank you.
    • Meanwhile Gracie Abrams is £92 for the cheapest with the average price around £160 for lower tier and £103 standing.   First time in a while I've gone from a definite yes to a definite no on price alone.   Amble was £31 this morning.
