What is this sorcery?? I keep seeing more in it! If we look long enough, maybe we'll get some unannounced names...

We'll definitely get the big poster this week. I'm still going with Tuesday.

I know there's clearly no pattern to these things, but we definitely seem to be getting info ahead of schedule this year. Feels that way at least!

On a late shift tomorrow so an evening drop is preferable. Mainly so I can focus on that, rather than all the Game of Thrones spoilers that will be plastered on social media before I can get home and watch it.

Yo it's on in an hour and a half, and usually available to download from Sky throughout the day.

The speculation of an impending announcement is always more time consuming than the actual announcement itself for me. When the poster drops I can revisit it over and over and get on with shit in between, but I wanna see it the minute it comes out.

if we get another smaller stage poster tomorrow/any time soon are assuming that the big one will be delayed until end of May/start of June like last year? (not that i think we will as the gap between the Kidz Field and any other poster seems too large)

i think if they were doing area by area something else would have dropped after kids by now

Which is a shame, as I did like that last year, and they were so far ahead of schedule this year in comparison that they could've easily done it and still had a late April full lineup reveal

By page 26 it is starting to look a bit desperate isn't it!

Only 26? Wait til it gets to page 50, someone will probably have an existential breakdown explaining how we are all the line up, everyone of us and that the line up already exists, it exists no more when we have an announcement than it did before it.

Well if it really is going to be April then we do not have much left so I think I shall just stand by my bed for the rest of the week.

The announcement isn't the kind of thing you can wait for. It'll sneak up on you, put it's hand on your shoulder then whisper in to your ear "it's time"

Whilst reading that I could picture it literally happening. Gave me shivers. Haha.

    • Looking like will be bringing a 2-3 month old to Glastonbury next year
    • Healey's first budget with be Oct 28th
    • Been going for 10 years. Wasn't massively keen on the lineup beforehand - although as usual after some research I did start to really look forward to it. We had a brilliant time, felt more like old school Latitude, lovely vibe and we met some nice people. We saw loads but highlights for me -   Lime Garden Florence Road Jalen Ngonda David Byrne - Not a fan of him or TH really but we went out of interest and it was one of those festival shows that you'll never forget. The staging was off the scale. Eleni Drake - Up on BBC Introducing, what a haven that stage is.  Westside Cowboy Getdown Services - Probably highlight of the weekend for me. Absolutely brilliant and have booked tix for them in Bristol next year. Everything Everything - They're my favourite band so I loved it when they were added. A great start to Sunday and met loads of their fans up near the front. Alex James Britpop - We enjoyed it and Gary Stringer FFS! David O'Doherty - Saw him twice, brilliant as usual. Self Esteem - Adore Rebecca and the show was as live affirming as always.   Overall, it was such a brilliant weekend. Beforehand we said that we might give it a miss next year but I'm pretty sure that we'll be sucked right back in!
    • Me too.  Reckon they must have more this year.   Not bad is it - ended up paying same price as this year.  It still represents great value for me.  Well, until I check my bank account the Monday after the weekend.
    • Well mayors have more powers to do that sh*t...but they have to make the numbers add up.
