Push the pegs in at an angle to the tent. The strain of ropes and the tent will naturally try to pull them out so push them in at an angle towards the tent so you create a right angle.

times I've seen it wet like that a dry day or two has sorted it out as it drains away. Sun obviously helps.

 

We need a couple of no rain days. Less chance of the environmentalist guys looking to halt it when it's wet (due to idiots pissing everywhere) with to it being more diluted? No that doesn't make it ok!

Yep, coach back to Liverpool at 8am, worse morning of my entire life. Taking a pillow last year was the best idea I ever had

I'm still very optimistic. It is Friday. This is the first year I am getting there on a Thurs, usually I turn up on a Friday (I am a teacher). So many years I have had mates telling me the whole site is fucked due to rain on Wed/Thurs but its dried up when I get there on Friday or at least the following morning Sat. We have 4 whole days. The weather forecast looks good. 

Also we have been sent a couple of videos of the worst places just after a massive downpour, this is not going to stay like this. Cheers

I travelled back to Liverpool too. Defo taking a pillow for Wednesday's journey.

Got coach back at about 1pm to liverpool and got stuck in mad traffic then an 8 hour ferry to Belfast at 10pm. Pretty much locked myself in a cubicle with the fear for the duration of the cruise home. Bringing the car this time!!

      And how was the sound? We ended up on the left side of the stage (first seating places were behind us), so the view was quite OK, just the sound was terrible (and very quiet). Which is very strange because the sound during Rusowsky was amazing and we had much worse spot (we were sitting on the hill under the big palm, so the view wasn't ideal).   Also, she wasn't like my most anticipated artist of the day and if the cost for a good spot at PinkPantheress is missing Jade's Angel of My Dreams, I'm not willing to pay it.   Yeah, with lineup like this, it's always about setting your priorities.

      Would love them there but they are that odd situation where they probably aren't well known enough to headline Pyramid but can't see them saying yes to Other Stage.
