The Field of Avalon is just a great place to be; relax, listen to some wonderful music, eat wholesome food and generally soak up some legendary Glastonbury spirit! For 2015 theyve improved the layout of the field allowing for a more spacious Avalon Inn, selling real ale and a large selection of wines, cider and cocktails.

The location of Avalons main stage big top with all the amazing folk and roots bands on our programme stays the same but the café will now consist of of two big tops and is moving to the top of the field. This will allow space for the sixty plus acts they have performing over five days and seating for the many diners in their famous 24 hour vegetarian café.

For those that haven't seen him before, Raghu Dixit is great live. Saw him at the Leftfield a few years back and he was one of the highlights of the weekend.

Just as an aside, I looked into seeing The Zombies last year as they played close by. I didnt as I though the £30 ish tickets wre a bit steep. Here they are just chucked into a minor stage amongst a host of other acts. I'll certainly try and see them play, but realise they may get 'bumped' in a clash .... just reiterating what an absolutely awesome festival Glastonbury is!
