Rumours were Springsteen was playing arenas like the current US tour. This has thrown a financial and logistical spanner in an already Dacker and Glastonbury filled June.

Cardiff too, all tickets can be transfered to other dates so I'm guessing the others are doing badly so they are trying to minimise the bad publicity of cancelling an entire tour.

Glasgow on the Wednesday in which I arrange a visit to our scottish offices at work seems to be on the cards.

So far it's Sunderland and cardiff only but they have been given the option of going to her remaining shows at manchester, london or coventry instead as those shows have sold poorly too. I think she may end up cancelling more.

Coventry will more than likely be cancelled too then if that's the case. It must be to save face of the bad publicity as has been mentioned. Strange they would email those with tickets with the option of going to the original Coventry date though.

Iron Maiden tour dates don't seem to allow it to fit in as they are not doing consecutive days on the tour....they are in Russia, I think on the Glastonbury Saturday so can't see them logistically making it work

Logistical difficulties lol. Well I suppose not being able to shift tickets is a logistical difficulty.

Rihanna - got some decent singles but her time was 3 or 4 years ago (as reflected in the ticket sales). Like most pop stars, their demographic grows up and moves on to other things. If she played Glastonbury, she should be nowhere near headline status.

Iron maiden are unlikely because the lead singer who was educated at Oundle private school thinks glastonbury is too middle class for him to play there

How much are Rihanna tickets? I think maybe acts are getting a bit too greedy these days. Blur at Hyde Park last year didn't sell out... Quite a few of my friends were excited to go to that, until they saw the price of the tickets!! 

Edit: what I'm getting at is - if the tickets were cheaper would her shows be selling better?
