Coming out and saying The Common etc 8n the past has been done no worries. They aren't going to be telling people when a full lineup is coming as they still want that 'it's OUT' moment.

I like the way that Boomtown do it, by releasing one stage/area at a time so you get a chance to take it in before the next announcement. As others have said I'd probably have missed a lot of good acts on Avalon if it had announced along with the bigger stages.

I'd be happy with a Thursday evening announcement, help get me excited for going away over the long weekend and make Friday at work a bit more bearable
