bennyhana22
Apologies if already mentioned in the thread... ...but The Twilight Sad have their fourth LP coming out in a couple of weeks. Would love to see them at the festival in 2015. Ben

Saw them in Paisley cathedral with the Scottish National Orchestra and it was stunning (clips on youtube I think)
morph100
Adele is rumoured to be releasing a new album called 25 next year. But we all know she's scared of big crowds etc so still doubtful....
Amy Lawn
I'll second that. Saw them in Paisley cathedral with the Scottish National Orchestra and it was stunning (clips on youtube I think) Aww I would have loved to go to that (they released it as a free EP through their website last year), I saw them in Manchester on Sunday, they very effectively consoled my ticket woes, always a great show. They'd be excellent on William's Green stage, I read an interview recently where they said they love playing festivals, but don't get booked a lot. If we all join forces and pester the bookers, we can make this happen.

bennyhana22
My name is, quite obviously, Ben, and I am fully behind the campaign to get TTS to Glastonbury. Make it so, Eavi (please, clearly) Ben Edited October 11, 2014 by bennyhana22
Woffy
I want Jason Lytle to play.
Sketchead
Probably been mentioned but the Maccabees will be around, subbing the Other I imagine. Great live band and one of the few who seem to be getting better with every album, along with Foals but not quite on the same scale (for me personally). tiffpietiff
Also going off a few artists who don't have new releases but are touring in 2015. Caribou Foxygen Electric Youth Alt-J DFA 1979 Flying Lotus Nick Cave

Matt42
Anyone reckon Enter Shikari could pull off a slot in the John Peel? potentially subbing it? Or would that be too small for them?
bocumaroy
New bowie song I like it a lot. I guess it’s his ‘plastic jazz’ song, but I think I prefer it to most of The Next Day. He won’t play though.
Perks
Anyone reckon Enter Shikari could pull off a slot in the John Peel? potentially subbing it? Or would that be too small for them? Would love to see them in there, but as they played the Other last time, reckon maybe too small for them. Hope they are back next year somewhere
dentalplan
They played at about 1pm didn't they? They'd be fine subbing JP. I think any larger would be a fuck up as Glastonbury's not really their crowd.
Matt42
I think a sub of the john peel is perfect for them, any higher and they'd crumble under competition. Glastonbury isn't really their playing ground, I can't see them qualifying as a liked choice by most of the goers.
Gucci Piggy
Very well repeated.
eastynh
The Whip will have new material out and will be touring next year. Fantastic live band who would get one of the smaller stages bouncing.
LondonTom
Marina and the Diamonds just released a new single. I think she'd be a fun JP set. Yep and its great to!! Shes decent live to, and I'd expect her to be there really!
FloorFiller
Yep and its great to!! Shes decent live to, and I'd expect her to be there really! was a big fan of her first album but really didn't like her second. this sounds pretty good. thought she was a lost cause after that second album but maybe there's hope yet

Saw her several times on the first album and she got better each show. Stayed way clear after the 2nd though. No idea where she would play though... fairly high slot on JP? (Well parts of it, listened to it over the weekend and there's a good few songs that could be removed but Bubbleghum Bitch is a damn good pop tune and Teen Idle/home wrecker were decent to). Not as good as the first though...but most acts seem to struggle with the 2nd album I think. Edited October 13, 2014 by LondonTom
EighteenSixty7
Jessie Ware please. Just on the first listen of her second album and really liking it. Missed her last year.

FloorFiller
Jessie Ware please. Just on the first listen of her second album and really liking it. Missed her last year. her new album is okay but it really isn't a patch on the first. seems like she's reaching for the charts a little too much imo. that Ed Sheeran penned song especially is just horrible. a damn shame because her first album is just amazing, although there are a few songs that i'm really liking (You & I (Forever) especially is great)
Matt42
If fleetwood mac are out of the picture (which I honestly doubt) then I reckon foo fighters may actually be in.
