I heard this and assumed he meant the tour. But then he mentioned the tour...

Not so, from what I read. Stuff has gone out around the new album release, and he was apparently named as appearing at the upcoming album launch, even tho he's been absent for some of the pre-launch publicity stuff (a photo shoot or three).
