Site being closed off early, no headliner announcement until June, so much secrecy around the line up this year. Could be is be Bowie? Could be secretly rehearsing to see if he's up to it, could be getting the pyramid ready a bit early for him to check out and see how he feels!

This theard has driven me mad! The thread has made it seem way more intense, we've had the line up later than this before, but it just makes it feel like it's taking forever

Please don't get my hopes up again

It won't be muse regardless of exclusives

Blur flat out said they weren't 'recently' so I doubt it's them

Fleetwood Mac fully back in the game now (imo) Mick said no literally ages ago.. So much could have changed since.

Macca is just as likely now. If the lineup truly truly truly won't be finished until June and the last headliner isn't out till then, then this changes everything.

Dramatic but, this opens up the possibilities much more!

Not posted in a verrrrry long time but been following this thread and it's sending me actually loopy.

If this "Not until June" thing is to be believed, surely that points to Fleetwood Mac?

Playing the UK, gap in the schedule...but exclusive to IOW. But surely once they've played IOW they're no longer a exclusive to them?

Glastonbury could then announce Mac the week of June 15th before the festival?

Boom!

If this "Not until June" thing is to be believed.

Sounds legit

Mick Fleetwood gave the bluntest no possible and pretty much told Fleetwood Mac fans not to go to Glastonbury if you're planning on seeing them there. If it turns out they actually are at Glastonbury then Kanye is only the second biggest c**t headlining the Pyramid this year

    • Came here to post that.   Not based on any info, can just see it happening.
    • I'm not sure about the entrance but it wouldn't be a surprise to find the festival have secured use of the land from Steanbow who own it for either new CV space, or for authorised off-site camping as they did with Worthy View.  An authorised off-site pitch-your-own with decent facilities priced just below WV would fly off the shelves as an option.
    • Burnham needs to hold onto his seat , plus needs labour to hold onto all those other seats that could go Reform, so I think some blue labour stuff might stay...and it will be back to the tactic of hoping enough left/liberal voters will get behind labour and not go Green in order to stop a Reform govt...obviously wasn't working with Starmer, but might with Burnham if he shows enough leg. Have to see, Burnham is going from a cushty job where he's very popular and seen as successful to probably the most difficult job going, prime minister of this country...and his popularity might not last long when people realise he can't fix all the problems over night. What he can do is give a sense of direction and optimism which is badly needed, but he will also be faced with a whole bunch of nasty trade offs and could be where Starmer is now in a matter of months.
