i remember seeing that site linked to before a few years ago when they put up something early for an act, so around festival time i usually remember to have a look and see if there's any unnanounced gigs/festivals on it. this was the first time i checked this year, so it could have been up for weeks for all i know!

Elastic Artists are another who often have things up early. there's a few TBC's on the Rumours page that came from their site.

i'm sure there are loads of other booking agencies who have a list of dates for their various acts on their sites, but possibly don't know that some have yet to be announced. i think The Charlatans one was on their agency's site before it was removed pretty quickly after it was posted here.
