How are Pierce The Veil and Marmozets so high? How are BMTH subbing? Who even are Lonely The Brave and Neck Deep?

Marmozets will most likely be pushed down. BMTH are a well established band. Lonely The Brave and Neck Deep are both bands that play music.

1. It's shite

2. I spent like half of the time since last year's festival predicting Bizkit as a bloody joke. Didn't think they'd actually book that shite.

3. I guess alt-J for the sub but I've no idea why they'd be TBA. Although I don't remember there being a reason for Skrillex's TBA in 2013.

4. Vaccines absence isn't that strange, is it? Loads of people didn't predict them in the prediction thread, and me and Gazza said in our PM chat they'd be at V instead.

5. What do you do on Friday Reading if you're not 7 years old?

6. The amount of people who can't see how Frank Turner is playing lower because it's a solo set is baffling.

7. Sorry Hawky you were right. BMTH is a fucking atrocious booking, though. Expect them to headline Download next year.

8. Might get day ticket is Mastodon are on between Metallica and Royal Blood.

9. Pierce the Veil fourth down lmao.

Think that's all I've got for now.

Spot on Will, 7 especially, I bought a ticket on the instalment scheme I may still go, though I am willing to sell the ticket I think, that Friday has really scunnered me, the worst single day in the history of R/L

All Time Low

Panic! At The Disco

Neck Deep

Limp Bizkit

New Found Glory

Metallica

Bring Me The Horizon

Royal Blood

Pierce The Veil

Marmozets

Lonely The Brave

Refused

Frank Turner

Once the other bands have been put into days and more added, this ought to be a solid line-up for me... much better than what I was expecting after that awful last announcement! So happy we've got Bizkit, ATL, PATD, NFG and the Plan. I've really been getting into Marmozets too, so it'll be great to see them.

    • It’s probably fairly easy to stay in a hotel but I much prefer the camping set up. It was pretty quiet where we camped but a longer walk to the arena but the weather was nice so not a problem. There’s also a lake you can camp by. Once we got off the tube/train we walked down the main road and turned right (festival site is left) and camped down there.    Do you think? They do have water points inside the arena & where I camped there were toilets, showers & water points super close. I think if you time it right the RiP stage is so easy to get close to the front. Second stage is decent & a like the indoor arena for bands on the 3rd stage. I think all the stages sound better than Downloads too, always had issues with the 2nd stage at Download being too quiet. Even main at some points.
    • Interesting that they’ve mentioned Blink-182 in mail. Btw dates for 2027 are 10-12 June. Same dates as Mystic & Sweden Rock and most likely Download, RFP & Greenfield.
    • Scooter are a meme booking. The Chems aren’t viewed in the same way. They’re a serious electronic act, whereas Scooter has only ever been suggested (and now booked) because ‘LOL look how wacky us metalheads are we love silly music too’.
