That is just a staggering change in size of bands. For me I'd swap Swim Deep & American Football with Django and Swim Deep (How the fuck are they so high!) and put Frank at the top of the NME

Frank was one slot before BMTH in 2013 and has arguable done better than them since, so how the billing works I don't know

It's not Frank and the Sleeping Souls though, which, since BMTH are subbing, would arguably also be sub size

Them and American Football seem at least 3/4 slots too high. They'll probs do what they did with Jungle/Clean Bandit last year and shuffle them down from 4/5 on the main announcement to about 7/8 when the festival actually starts

Edit; Maybe 5/6 in this case. But I'd say expect a few more bands between Peace and those two
