Try to hold it in as long as possible in terms of going for a crap at G. Longest I've managed is 4 days.

How is it physically possible to hold a crap for 4 days without the use of pharmaceuticals?

I can barely go a day, start putting dodgy food and alcohol in there and its at least 2 goes in the morning to flush it out, sometimes more.

I don't get what people problems are with taking a crap in those toilets anyway? Compared to some of the toilets I've shat in in my time the loos at glasto is like a morning at the ritz. Sometimes take a newspaper in and everything.

at Bestival last year i was on drugs (and so therefor ate fuck all) for the entirety of the weekend and so went for my first dump at the end of the final day. it wasn't a pleasant one and my insides felt like hell so i won't be doing that again! (not eating. not the constant drugs. i'll still be doing that)

Wet toilet wipes - much less bulky than normal loo roll.

Ciggies: As GH says, available on site ... but only if you're desperate and flush. Think of how many you'll probably need, double it and then probably double it again to (hopefully) avoid paying silly money too often for whatever weird el-cheapo brand you can get your hands on.

Wetwipes/Baby wipes: Essential if you don't want to waste time/effort hunting down a shower or a bucket of water. However, your bits will not thank you if you buy the alcohol or citrus based ones because it seemed like a good idea at the time

And don't forget the en-suite. Just perfect for us lads but also suitable for girlies with optional accessories and a great deal of care
