In relation to the showers: where do you use the shower?

I mean I'd feel comfortable using it in a nice secluded campsite in the countryside but in front of thousands of people? (assuming you wear underwear/bikini whatever)

And tents are particularly close so even if you have some good space wouldn't your neighbours still be within meters?

I don't know I think maybe I'm a prude ;) (fairplay to those who do though, I know that I'd kill for a shower when camping)

I make use of the greenpeace showers during the quiet times in the afternoon, when you can both walk straight in and also air drying in the sun (within limits for modesty, of course, it's not like I'm walking round conkers out) is a great way to refresh yourself before the evening begins.

Piltonpoppet is right as well, these days the tents are so packed together in most of the site I can't imagine how easy it would be, I was in Dairy for the last festival and even as far off the beaten track as that we were packed together like sardines in a can.

  • 3 weeks later...

One for the ladies and not an essential, but anyway. If you spot a perfume sample you like in a magazine, the ones that are properly sealed with a little mini wet wipe thing covered in the perfume, cut it out and keep it! I now have three perfumes I really like, that I can bring with me to use on three different days, each taking up no more space than a business card.

    • This Isaac wood news has dropped right out of left field. Great to hear he feels up to doing live stuff again    what will he play? Solo stuff , old BCNR stuff?    It’s only in November , it’s a bold booking to for someone who has previously had some struggles to come back and play a load of new stuff to crowds that big
    • Wow, Blink-182 back so soon. They’re the band they’ve never booked then. Great booking if they’ve got them.    Deftones, Papa Roach, Knocked Loose   Lamb of God   Blink-182, Avril Lavigne, Good Charlotte   Megadeth   Slipknot, Gojira, Motionless In White   All Time Low
    • Absolutely buzzing if it is Blink    Still can't be 100% sure with Download though
