Similarly to above, we are one ticket short for our crew so happy to take one of those off your hand and send cash today if you'd like?

I’ve emailed asking them to cancel and refund as suggested above, I’ll wait and see what they say but if it’s a no go I’ll definitely come back to this!

Well done to those who got tickets. No luck this year despite tickets showing in my basket a few seconds past 10. They just disappeared on the payment page. So frustrating. Oh well, I’ll keep an eye on resale site and may even think about EOR if the line up is good. I guess GM won’t really care about improving the system providing the cash register is full at the end of the day. (No I’m not bitter 😫)

God that was stressful. I had to stop trying at 10.50 to go in for the tattoo and at that point our group only had 4/9 tickets secured. By some miracle they managed it after I left but no one was able to successfully checkout with a full 6. One person accidentally bought 5 charity donations and another only checked out their parking space at one point.

This. Frustrating!

I agree,  I got 2xAdult and a camper straight away but they vanished at checkout.  The following 45 mins was a nightmare. Allowing multiple LIV's in a basket makes no sense and only encourages / facilitates large groups to bank tickets pending the status of other attempts. Ending up with available LIV tickets and no entry tickets on the site demonstrates the system if flawed and unfair.

Super Furry Animals as a potential headliner then? Or does the Cardiff date rule them out?

Also the rumoured date range bisects Bearded Theory and if they headline that I don't know, nationality aside, if the optics would be good for them to also be top choice for a festival that's 10-15,000 capacity bigger.

I do wonder though if the possibility of getting both them and Overmono (who grew up 25 miles from the site and headlined West Holts stage this year) to headline, and also maybe Cate Le Bon subbing, might be put forward as proof after a rocky couple of years that GM is a key ambassador for Welsh culture. It could also allow them to "get away" with a couple of potentially lesser name headliners if the big fish aren't available in late summer 2026.

Now that the initial dust has settled, am I the only one that thinks £16+ booking fee is a piss take?

No you aren’t - I had to pay £52+ in booking fees and transaction charges for  two adults tickets and one live in vehicle. It really is a severe piss take and they’re ripping us all off.

Would have been good to at least let us know in advance the full amounts - it was on that video but couldn't really tell.

It was on the website, the info on tickets that was emailed out, but only in the screenshots. Though not very clear and it wasn't called out.

Just had a confirmation email through for the 6 where it said basket expired. So we now have 19 tickets for 11 people. And I could really have done with that £1,900 without having to go through the pain and delay of reselling. Sake.

Happy to take any tickets off your hands, or anyone else's who's got too many.

Ouch, that was crazy, eh?

Ticketsellers seemed to work really well for me last year, but clearly that was an exception! This time, not so much...

Was on the holding page for 45 mins or so beforehand, with the message 'for your best chance of tickets, don't refresh this page' - suggesting there was some kind of queue in place.

Evidently not, though, as by the time I'd bumped across to Settlers and scrolled down to payment plan, then added 4 adult, 1 LF 6+, 3 LF 3-5 and 2 Settlers Car Park, then clicked through to my basket was told half the order was unavailable.

Went back, tried without payment plan... Oh, you all know the drill. Payment thing error code, etc.

Then another 50 minutes refreshing until I finally got half our order. Not Settlers, which is a shame, but at least we're in.

Good luck to everyone still trying to pick up spares!!

Does anyone know if you have a settlement ticket, but don't need the settlement pass, it's possible to return / sell this by itself?

We ended up with 5 x Settlement tickets rather than 5 x General. Took what we could after my partner had 5 tickets in his basket and added on charity donations, had to set up an account and thought he had paid, but then said timed out, and all he got was a reciept for 5 charity passes!

Obviously I feel very lucky to be able to go as I echo everyone's sympathy's and frustrations for those who failed to get tickets. But does mean we spent £500 more total than we wanted, so just trying to see if there's anything that could be done here.

I don't think it is... but you could put yourself into resale queue, buy 5 standard tickets if they become available, then list your settler tickets.

    • Tonight was a disgrace. There wasn't *that* much rain, and it wasn’t *that* windy. A festival of this size should be able to withstand some adverse weather without it bringing the whole circus to a standstill. And if it is true that part of a speaker on the Revolut stage fell…   As for the communication - announcing Massive Attack were playing at 12:30 and then nothing for over an hour while people waited in the rain. It’s laughable it really is.   If I said I’ll never come back again I’d be lying. The shambles of Barcelona 2022 and the disgrace of Madrid 2023 didn’t stop me, so this probably won’t either.   This festival gets so much wrong, but it is always saved by having such killer line-ups. It’s just a shame it treats the fans/customers/consumers like animals. Compare it to somewhere like Glastonbury and it’s worlds apart.
    • Yeah, I admit that a small part of me felt relieved when they announced that MA are canceled.. But on the positive side- got to see Florence Road afterall, and they were great
    • Glad I could take the €3 bus to Playa Catalunya! Hope y'all warm and dry up.
