Not a snake's chance of that.

Right now, feels like:

The 1975 / ???

Loyle Carner

Neil Young / Pulp

Charli XCX

Olivia Rodrigo / Duran Duran

The Prodigy

Let me stress, absolutely no basis for Pulp, Charli XCX, Duran Duran or The Prodigy outside of date speculation. Loyle Carner info was dropped shortly after the info for The 1975, I think?

Not happy that Chappell ain’t on here, what’s happened with that one?

Are people still thinking O Rodrigo is doing pyramid while C XCX does other stage? Seems like it should be the other way round. Asking for a friend who wants to see N Young and XCX.

You know O Rod is massive right? She's sold out Hyde Park. XCX can't even sell Victoria Park which is much smaller.

Not doing too many UK dates though. Don’t know much about either of them but the young adults/teenagers in my family who are going to Glastonbury reckon O Rod hasn’t done anything of note for a while whereas C XCX is now more relevant. Other stage seems a bit small for her now.

You're overlooking the fact that, despite selling fewer tickets and fewer records than O-Rod, Charli still the bigger artist.

I refute this (based on publicly available information at least): O-Rod is 1.65m tall, while Charli is only 1.6m tall.

You seem to have neglected the fact that everyone has to be on their knees in the presence of Charli XCX

That's hilarious !

O Rod is surely bigger than Charli XCX, who I think is only huge within a very specific demographic (18 - 22 year olds?) that the Glastonbury demographic must skew older than

Methinks you people haven't heard of a little thing called Brat Summer.

Is that why she still hasn’t shifted her Lido tickets?

The idea that she’s gonna cause a problem for Other stage when she hasn’t managed to shift 30k tickets is a bit strange.

I think @NorthernSoul52 is trying to MANIFEST Duran Duran! 🤣 Well I'll get back to manifesting Nick Cave. Would be a hilarious wtf is this dude for the O-Rod fans and I would be happy with both 😆

I mean, I'll happily manifest Nick Cave in there! Just assume if he's running solo, the Bad Seeds are out!

I feel I'm missed the chat there. Was there any info? Or is this just a wish and a prayer for everybody?

I don’t think there was any info about Chappell not doing it unless I missed something, but people trying to work out where Pulp might fit if they’re playing. Pulp could be before Neil Young and Chappell still on the Sun

My Duran Duran speculation came from their tour dates, the Chic connection and an apparent softening of the stance on their slot. (Le Bon long basically said it was headline or nothing.)

That being said, I cannot find any empirical proof for said stance being reduced. Chappell, it seems, was ticked off in a piece by The S*n, who have of course doubled down on The 1975 as a headliner, so maybe the Sunday figures.

Is she also being dramatically overexaggerated on here? She's "alright".

There's always variations in who would prefer to see what though right? I prefer Muse to Coldplay, but am aware Coldplay sell more tickets.

    • Really well done, Primavera. Maybe the biggest name on the lineup as a surprise. (Ecpecially if Robert joins this)
    • There's one way it can get bigger- if Robert Smith joins her on stage
