Registration cancelled despite reconfirming

I've just received the email. Checked on the website and it says can't find a valid registration with my email despite confirming twice! Wtf?!

I re-registered on Monday and haven’t had any confirmation or approval message back yet. No idea what is going on. All I know if I don’t have a current valid registration, despite me checking multiple times and being told I had!

I just checked my registration that I updated the photo on.  After I updated I got confirmation, I just checked it now and it says there isn’t a valid registration with that number. Going to register again

I’ve had the email too and did a registration check and my email reply confirms my four registrations are “valid to buy tickets” 🤷‍♀️ 

Hopefully we’ll all get another email telling us what to do 🤞

Had the same email butnmt registration is safe. It deletes any 2020 that have bot been reconfirmed.

It also somehow deletes some that have as we can see on here and Twitter . It’s an absolute mess tbh

Confirmed my pre 2020 reg, but, found the "Notification of registration deletion" email in Spam folder yesterday...!

WTF I thought...

However, did the reg lookup and all appears OK 

Anyone else get the same ?

Contacted See Tickets as it said my registration was deleted. Also re-registered as the email told me to. Then I get a reply saying I now have two registrations! So their purpose of clearing out regs have now resulted in me doubling mine! What a mess! 🤦🏼‍♂️

Confirmed our pre 2020 regs and I didn't get a deletion email, not for any of the family registrations.

Yes. Got the deleted email but registration lookup confirms 4 registrations that can buy tickets when they go on sale 🤷‍♀️

Quite possibly. Might me worth emailing the festival if you have emails confirming you updated the registration.

I've e-mailed glastonbury, see tickets and anyone else I can think of.  I am extremely sad about this situation.
