Got settlers tickets at about 1050. Struggled with payments but had a confirmation email. Keep trying

I too got timed out on at least 2 attempts but kept clicking back, re-entering bank details and eventually (third or fourth time) it went through.  So I'd also advise hitting the back button if you get timed out.

TBH I prefer it to Glastonbury these days, but perhaps I'm getting old.

Computer on rapid refresh, had my phone holding tight to have both bases covered. Got through on computer where I was doing rapid refreshes

I had a tab auto refreshing every 1 second, another tab just letting the 30 second countdown timer run down and then I was manually refreshing on my phone.

It was the tab with the standard 30 second countdown timer that I got through with.

I just left it and went in after a while. Used a private window in Safari if it makes a difference. Hope you get through!

I just held on for the automatic refresh.  Started a bit before 10, got in a bit after 10.30.

I got through first on the computer that I was letting autorefresh every 30 secs. But a few minutes later on the one I was randomly F5ing.

Anyway, done! It was a long half hour though.

I had the same. Looking at GM responses on social, confirmation email means you're all good.

Yeah, I got through on auto-refresh: one device, one tab / window. Open since about 9.58. Based on absolutely no real evidence whatsoever, I get the impression that it is just going through very, very slowly. And most of the horror stories have happy endings, which suggests a kind of rickety reliability!

I got through on an automatic refresh in the end. 

If ticket numbers are anything to go by, then we only got 284&285 for settlers...

Unfortunately, I've now got to go out for an hour so after an hour and 20 minutes of trying and getting nowhere I'm going to have to give up. Looks like a different festival for me

I got something similar and clicked 'back' and tried again.  Had to try several times but it eventually worked.

I finaly got through and kept getting "these tickets are no longer available". Now its telling me adult tickets have sold out....have they?!

Wish I'd realised that before I went back to the ticket selection page and started again. Accidentally bought double the amount I meant to.

Got onto the main page at about 10:30, got the 'oops' message at the payment page.

Clicked 'back', tried again - hanging on 'payment processing' page at least 15 mins, no confirmation page, but confirmation email has come through. 2x pending payments on card.

Keep trying & good luck - our Settlers tickets are number 640 at 11:05.

Got through after about 30mins using one browser window auto refreshing every 30 seconds. 
 

Shame the ‘queue’ doesn’t tell you where you are in the queue.

Had the same problem as a lot of others in that the booking seemed to be going ok but stalled in ‘payment processing’ but then received a confirmation email with ticket numbers.

Have been a few times before but this will be my first settlers camp as we thought we’d give it a go.

The whole process feels quite rickety but tickets still available atm so keep trying folks

got through a few mins ago. Live in vehicle are sold out unsurprisingly but but others including teens still there which were sold out last when I finally got through last year.
