I forgot: the Park (T) shirts are actually what I almost always buy. Avalon used to have some but haven't seen it last year. Should get a west holts once though.

Out of upvotes for today *virtual upvote* ! I see what you mean with the coked up vibe, but I think you can still find quite a lot of spaces where this somehow isn't the case? I'm not saying spend your fest at Acoustic but.. It seems you have a nice supporting group of people going with you though so hopefully this will help you?

Box Office Pickup for International Tickets

There's no car queue. You need to park the car, walk up to gate A and then go to the box office. If you go Wednesday morning it will be busy (can't remember if saying you need the box office means you get to skip THE queue). Anytime later there's barely any queue... -
If possible I'd suggest having a back up plan (credit card). I am lucky to be able to do that and that this was never necessary but you never know...

I've never heard of physical location making any difference. If it's a UK debit then it should be ok.

Pretty sure it's credit card, might depend on your country/which card etc. Anyway is has to at least be Mastercard or Visa, a maestro type thing won't work. I find it interesting that I had to pay the same postage fee than a UK person... And no choice to have it sent paying or just box office and maybe without the fee. Anyway, all done and paid 😄

EU international contingent: looking back, how late were the tickets sent by mail last year? I think there were a few issues with campervan folks? I am wondering if I should have them sent over (I would be heading to the UK only on the Wednesday) or do box office collection...

I can understand that their sound can be a bit low fi and they tend to miss a chord/accidentally unplug something but that is part of the charm. I've rarely seen bands so happy to play songs from *hum* 30+ years ago. So just for the counterbalancing: they are brilliant live 🙂

I am just seeing this as I was wondering how you were getting on actually! Sorry to hear. I sympathise as someone with sh*tty hamstrings. What about swimming? Or a bit of upper body weights?
