Managed to get settler tickets but in my haste forgot parking passes.  Will I be able to get at a later date?

Got through straight away and kept on being kicked out - even got so far as verifying payment details on banking app but still kicked out - load of crap

It all seemed too smooth - twice got through and then it says i timed out paying after the payment was authorised on my card.  But got through properly the third time and gve me a proper confirmation screen via my phone browser.

No idea if ticket numbers are right or not but got confirmation at 10.15 and ticket numbers are 56 and 57 for settlement so not many sold yet.

Got this reply from GM - 

if you saw the transaction confirmation screen at the end of the order then it went through. Pending payments in online banking doesn't confirm a successful transaction. GM

Bit surprised this happens on the main Ticketline URL. It's not even Green Man tickets.

Took me two goes but got the confirmation screen now (no email yet). The timer at the bottom doesn't seem to mean anything, it looks like you've got loads of time left but then times you out. If you're timed out its probably better to shut everything down then start afresh, I got straight back in the second time.

There's always tickets being resold closer to the event, but been like this since covid, and it's an awful system to top it off

I guess it's a touts dream now. Lots of demand and quick internet access to grab tix guarantees profits.

 

Wish I knew what the difference between the queue and the holding is.

I managed to get 3 after a few minutes but was in a loop for a while before eventually getting to the payment screen.

If you get the timed out thing after approving payment details then just hit 'back'. Took me back to card entry (without re-queuing), and worked the second time!

Do you have a direct url link to the tickets please? Sometimes speeds things up rather than going to the main page

Final confirmation page didn't load, but I have confirmation email with booking number and everything. Assuming that means it went through?

I dont understand how some people have been in a "queue" and then been booted out to then go back in and purchase. I've been on a holding page since 10. Occasionally it says placed in a queue, then holding again....I dunno if I'm even in a queue.
