That might be the case but god it was stacked! Arctics, Coldplay, Foo Fighters. Plan B at his peak, Beyonce, Pulp, My Chemical Romance playing 3rd down while headlining Reading and The Strokes subbing second stage while also headlining Reading.

It's definitely my regret not deciding to finally go.

It was both in my view, that lineup was mega. If you could have gone to one lineup in the last 15 years in the lineup of the main major festivals, outside of Glastonbury at least, I don't think on paper it is beaten.

Even Glastonbury would struggle with that, however in 2011 it is said Beyonce would have subbed aka TITP, had Prince played.

She's way too big to sub imo. I don't think she'll ever be back at Glasto because she won't sub or play Other, but also wouldn't be considered a headliner by the festival

Purely in terms of headliners Rock Werchter 2018 is pretty filthy:
Gorillaz/ QotSa, The Killers/ London Grammar, Pearl Jam/ Jack White, Arctic Monkeys/ Nick Cave 

Also, would be quite the experience to watch AM attempt to do a headline slot and then watch Nick Cave…

I was there and it was Nick Cave (after Noel Gallagher) into AM.

It was exactly as you’d imagine…
