But as noted - they can and will play anyway.

This is the important point for me. You're still getting them! You're also getting massive artists playing lower slots all over the place.

It's the biggest and best festival in the world, a true one of a kind. The organisers get it spot on 95% of the time, they know what they are doing.

I'd far rather the bands i like headline on smaller stages, cos then i might even get close enough to actually see them instead of being on the side of a hill watching video screens! Keep Young Fathers on West Holts so more niche stuff gets seen by people who are bang into it, and the bigger stages can stay with stuff that has more general appeal. Everyone wins, its all good.

Would love to know how often the people moaning about the boring old bland bands are the same people stood in the Pyramid field watching those boring old bland acts when they could instead be watching one of the acts they're championing on a less fashionable stage.

I mean, I've seen plenty Pyramid headliners over the years. I've also seen plenty Other, JazzWorld, JP, Acoustic, Avalon, etc headliners. And on at least one occasion, Toad Hall.

It's pretty simple - choose the act, not the stage.

Is this a joke?

Yes I'm joking. There's nothing worse than a band you love dying on their arse because no-one cares.

The Pyramid is always going to book massive artists to headline - that's just the way it is. It would be daft to push artists who aren't ready and aren't going to command a crowd there.

Out of interest knowing there is a kind of pool of Glastonbury headliner size acts. Which includes some that are probably not viable for example financial demands.

Do people think that pool of acts that fit in the "headliner sized acts" that are also viable is shrinking, maintaining a similar size or growing???

Obviously we're running out of Macca's and Elton's but I don't think the world has to worry about a superstar shortage just yet.

Legacy acts are running low but that is understandable.

Probs on par elsewhere as there is plenty i can think of off the top of head that will do it in the next few years

Shrinking a little. You have artists like Elton/ The Stones that are one and done. Fleetwood Mac/ Black Sabbath/ Bowie that are either breaking up or sadly passing on.

It's part of the reason Reading and Leeds went to two headliners. It's easier to sell two slightly smaller headliners as "co-headlining".

Then again - go back to 2019 (five years ago): Olivia Rodrigo was on High School Musical on Disney+, Sam Fender was playing academies, Fred Again.. hadn't released his debut album and was producing for Ed Sheeran, Doja Cat was a meme rapper, Lewis Capaldi, Dave, Lizzo and Billie Eilish had all not released their debut albums. Now they'd all be headlining or sub-headlining the festival.

Growing imo

Legacy acts are bailing but the fest is more willing to book pop / rap now which massively expands the pool

I'm not sure what you are saying.   I was saying (unless there is a massive fumble with the next album) Sam Fender is likely to be a future headliner because he makes popular music and it doesn't matter what Young Fathers do (or how good they are) they aren't because their music is more challenging and hasn't got that broad appeal.

It's no shade at Sam Fender BTW.  I think he is totally fine.

Fender's gonna need a song that's bigger and better than Seventeen Going Under to really hit the big time. If he can't top it on his next album his shelf life may look a little less promising.

He's already in the big time. If he releases anything decent after taking most of this year off then he's defo going to headline. He has already headlined trnsmt and r&l, it's as big as it gets for most artists.

Fender has already subbed to a massive and rapturous crowd and has since headlined Reading and played his own stadium dates. He’s already at headliner level and seems a lock for next year if you ask me.

The Young Fathers thing just shows that a band can be fantastic, put on a great show and still not be the right fit to headline Glastonbury. Being good is only half the equation, you need to big enough to top the biggest stage on the planet. You need to either be a star or about to become one.

And that’s fine, not every act has to be a future headliner. It’s perfectly acceptable to love and enjoy an act and to also know that they’re not going to headline Glastonbury.

Assessment 2 of this course typically requires students to identify take my online nursing class a specific patient safety issue, analyze its causes and impacts, and develop an evidence-based plan to address it. This assessment challenges students to apply their knowledge of nursing theory and quality improvement principles to real-world clinical problems, fostering their development as competent and reflective practitioners. The first step in NURS FPX 4030 Assessment 2 involves selecting a relevant patient safety issue. This issue should be one that significantly impacts patient outcomes and is pertinent to the student’s clinical setting. Common examples include medication errors, hospital-acquired take my online nursing class for me infections, falls, and surgical complications. Identifying a significant issue is crucial as it sets the direction for the entire project, focusing efforts on areas that can substantially enhance patient safety and quality care. Once the issue is identified, the next step is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of its causes and impacts. This involves  nurs fpx 4030 assessment 2 reviewing current practices, examining patient outcomes, and analyzing data to understand the extent of the problem. For instance, if the chosen issue is medication errors, students would review incident reports, analyze error patterns, and investigate contributing factors such as workflow inefficiencies, lack of staff training, or communication breakdowns. This thorough analysis helps to uncover root causes and identify areas for intervention. After understanding the problem, students must develop an evidence-based plan to address the patient safety issue. This plan should include specific, actionable steps grounded in current research and best practices. For example, to reduce bio fpx 1000 assessment 7 medication errors, the plan might involve implementing electronic medication administration records (eMAR), conducting regular staff training sessions on medication safety, and establishing a double-check system for high-risk medications. Each intervention should be justified with evidence from the literature, demonstrating its potential effectiveness in improving patient safety. Effective communication and teamwork are essential components of the implementation plan. Students must outline strategies for engaging healthcare team members, including nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and support staff, in the initiative. Regular team meetings, clear communication nurs fpx 4050 assessment 1 channels, and collaborative decision-making processes are crucial for ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and committed to the plan. Creating a culture of safety, where team members feel empowered to speak up about concerns and contribute ideas, is vital for the success of the initiative.
    • Enhancing Healthcare Quality Through Interdisciplinary Collaboration NURS FPX 4060 is a vital course in the nursing curriculum at Capella University, focusing on principles of interdisciplinary collaboration to improve healthcare quality and patient outcomes. Assessment 4 of this course typically requires take my online class students to design and implement a comprehensive plan that addresses a specific healthcare issue through collaborative efforts among various healthcare professionals. This assessment emphasizes the importance of teamwork, communication, and evidence-based practice in achieving optimal healthcare results. The first step in NURS FPX 4060 Assessment 4 involves identifying a significant healthcare issue that necessitates interdisciplinary intervention. This issue should be relevant to the student’s clinical setting and have a direct impact on patient care. Common topics might include reducing hospital readmissions, improving chronic disease management, or enhancing patient safety protocols. Identifying a pressing issue is crucial, as it provides a clear focus for the take my online class for me collaborative efforts and sets the stage for meaningful improvements. After selecting a healthcare issue, students must conduct a thorough analysis to understand the underlying causes and contributing factors. This analysis involves reviewing current practices, patient outcomes, and existing nhs fpx 6004 assessment 2 literature to gather evidence on effective interventions. For instance, if the issue is high readmission rates for heart failure patients, students would examine factors such as medication adherence, patient education, and follow-up care. This comprehensive analysis helps identify gaps in current practices and opportunities for improvement. The next step is to develop a detailed plan for addressing the identified issue through interdisciplinary collaboration. This plan should outline specific interventions, roles and responsibilities of team members, and a timeline for implementation. For example, a plan to reduce readmission rates might involve creating a nurs fpx 4060 assessment 4 multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and social workers. Each team member would have distinct responsibilities, such as providing patient education, ensuring medication reconciliation, and coordinating follow-up appointments. Clear delineation of roles ensures that all aspects of patient care are addressed comprehensively. Effective communication strategies are essential for successful interdisciplinary collaboration. Students must establish regular communication channels, such as team meetings, electronic health record (EHR) notes, and progress reports, to ensure that all pay someone to take my online course team members are informed and engaged. These strategies facilitate the sharing of information, tracking of progress, and timely addressing of any issues that arise during implementation. Communication tools like secure messaging apps and collaborative platforms can enhance real-time information sharing and coordination.
