So we have:

Thursday: Stromae

Friday: ??

Saturday: Muse

Sunday: Arctic Monkeys

Friday headliner possibilities I’m thinking at this point: Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, SOAD.

Possible subs: Florence & the Machine, Editors, QOTSA, Placebo, Oscar & the Wolf

Friday could also be Blur. I only base this on the rumours that they might play live next summer.

What a boring act to close the festival if AM really close the Main Stage...  Now it's sure I won't go back 4 days at Werchter. Really not headliners for me. Curious to see the Friday headliner and some undercards.

Yeah that’s going to be what makes or breaks it for me. Already a few interesting names popping up around various European festivals so there’s still plenty of hope. Knowing RW they could still have some strong co-heads for the two announced so far as well

Also not at all happy with AM closing the festival. At both RW18 and PKP22, they were just not the right festival closers. With Muse and AM that's already two less interesting headliners for me. Hoping the friday headliner will be more interesting for me.

Apparently Friday will be Swift-day. Keeping my fingers crossed that she might save Werchter for me then.

Also hoping for Blur to pop up somewhere but don't think that Werchter will take such a risk again after the The Strokes failure. And also don't see Damon accepting less than a headline spot.

Stromae / Kendrick Lamar

Taylor Swift or Dua Lipa / Florence and the Machine

Muse / QOTSA

Blur / Arctic Monkeys

I could do with that.

Saturday and Sunday both look to strong, you've got nearly 3 headliners each of these days.

There's also quite a few acts which would definitely be better placed, like Greta, Foals, dEUS...

Also I think we can forget RATM on the Friday with the recent announcements from Rage...

I can't see a reality where Kendrick or AM agree to not close their respective days.

I actually think Kendrick is out now that they've got Stromae for that very reason, he won't play before Stromae and RW won't have two non-rock headliners closing out.

Yeah you could swap Blur and AM. Though the press release today did not mention AM closing the festival, so who knows.

As for Kendrick, I have no idea how likely it is tbf, but that combo would have interested me a lot on paper. And RW put out some unlikely combinations in the past.

Stromae / Kendrick Lamar / Rosalia

(Barn: Foals / Klub C Four Tet)

Tay or Dua / Florence / Olivia Rodrigo

(Barn: Tamino and dEUS / Klub C Mura Masa)

Muse / QOTSA / Paramore

(Barn The 1975 / Klub C Fred Again)

Arctic Monkeys / Blur / Editors

(Barn Sigur Ros / Klub C Little Simz)

A mix of safe RW choices and a few interesting picks. Lets see in a few months how much I got.

RATM have called off their gigs up to 2 April 23.  I'm sure they want to get back on the road so no reason why Zack shouldn't be fully fit to start again.
