Baby Spice is also promoting her own tour which starts monday. She's not gonna want focus drifting away from that.

Not that I think it's them. Mel B on Big Narstie's show said she needs to talk to the other 4 girls, and I wouldn't expect Victoria to be involved given she eschewed the stadium tour in 2019. Unless they've got a stadium tour planned but unannounced, they'd surely lose money playing glastonbury.

The Q magazine aerial shot from 2010 (which I annoyingly can't find) was taken while he was on stage. From memory, it's a very small crowd.
