I jus think if we monitored this when no Glasto how many times would the weekend in question end up in a MUD BATH.

So, this seems mostly like 2017 except for the potential of a sunday block of rain. 4 out of 5 days is really good though. If this holds maybe the hope is that the rain just touches the festival site and it just pours down in the village instead.

That was Adele year. You could see the enormous rain cloud approaching while Tame Impala were on, but it veered off course and never hit the site.

Remember if these sites like the BBC have a day with rain when it comes round to that day it’ll only have rain at one point at say 1400 then that’s it.

Take this for example, I would be 99% sure that the rain on Friday will never happen or be for like 10 minutes.

It's just the regularity of the same run (in fact worsening!) that is a bit concerning.

yeah, well it's almost impossible to forecast how much rain will fall in a specific place, we might be lucky, we might not.

Well that scenario, yes.

 

But weather wise 2017 had scorch on weds, nice on thurs, overcast on fri til friday night late when it rained for a couple hours. Sat morning was foggy and stayed pretty gray. Sat overnight rained a bit and sunday had a break in the clouds in the early evening and dry. 
 

if it did rain a little on sunday its not horrible since we'll be gone in 18 hours after that.

True. I know it’s not very accurate but looking so far on these forecasts I’d say we won’t have much rain for at least the first half of the festival.
