I was in Glastonbury a month ago. We parked on the farm by the coach drop-off, walked over to the Pyramid, up to the stone circle and went past the farmhouse, and no-one said a word.

Already do thanks, but it doesn’t extend to festival security planning and management or guarding worthy farm during a pandemic.

after you left the meet last night I was discussing volunteering in an oxfam shop ... oh and im a worthy warrior ...just a couple of things for you

That sounds like a well organised operation, I’m surprised to hear there was that many people trying to get to the site. Was it reported anywhere do you know?
 

It’s good they put you up in hotels, very hospitable of them. Was this for 3 months running or just the odd weekend? Could be quite costly for the festival.

 

FYI - I’ve volunteered at the festival so I hope that qualifies me to talk about this.

Who was running that for Specialized then? Was Scott or Kara there?

This is by no means meant to be inflammatory but we drove past Mary's Gate on festival Saturday.  There was a single fella in a hi-viz sat in a Corsa just inside the gate.  The car door was open.  He was asleep.

Haha! Typical security really, at Reading I’m always going around waking up stewards/security
