West Brom, Fulham, West Ham down 

and Reading to win the Championship 😉

Really can’t understand what they’ve achieved by effectively holding him to ransom for one extra season when they are looking to cut costs/wages - they could have saved £52m on his wages alone.
All for a 33 year old who is likely to leave on a free next summer anyway. And you can’t expect much from them on the pitch this season anyway, as it will likely be a transitional one for them.

I don't really understand why people have such high hopes for Chelsea this season. They still have pretty much the same defence and a manager who has done very little to suggest he has much tactical understanding.
