Yeah, there are no direct trains between the airport and Portsmouth. If the timings work out you could get a taxi from the airport to Eastleigh (only about 5 mins drive but puts you on a direct line to Pompey) and get the train from there, but they only run once an hour. If the flight/train times don't line up you're probably better off taxiing the whole way and hoping the traffic's not too bad.
Lovefields do accept cancellations after January 1st but the terms are onerous:-
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your booking at any time by informing us in writing to - info@thelovefields.com
A full refund of the payment received by the Company minus a £150 administration fee, or 20% of original booking fee (whichever is less) will be made for cancellations prior to 1st January 2024. Cancellations on or after this date will receive a refund of 75% of the payment received by the Company less the £150 administration fee or 20% of original booking fee (whichever is less), only when the structure is re-hired.
As for personal sales of Lovefields bookings, a quick scan of the t's & c's suggest this is very problematic because of the contract entered into by the lead booker with Lovefields. Additionally any persons not named in the booking or a subsequent (fee payable) amendment could be prohibited from entry.
Feel like I have to warn you about Bar Italia
I have seen them three times, twice at festivals and once headlining their own gig. I wanted desperately to like the shows but every time I left feeling like they were under-rehearsed, off key, and unprepared. They have basically been on the road for about a year so I would have thought all those gigs would have given them an opportunity to improve, but I was always let down., Maybe they have gotten better? but with as many things as there are to do at glasto I won't be spending my time watching them again.
