Ooh last time I looked they were just an SR. That's great news  gonna assume they have a new album in the pipeline then. Really hope I can catch them this time round, although with the acts adding up that may be easier said than done.

that was my first glastonbury and an awesome set to start it with! so much energy for that time of day! Yes im aware beady eye played first but they were for want of better words utter shite! so im discounting them.

I only saw the first half of that set as they clashed with someone else but they were great! They do have a Glastonbury hole before a European tour.

After the song kick piece of info, Neil changed them to TBC but I'd presumed he has more info to go by than that. They run a piece of info promoting MSP set at Bristol alongside playing Glastonbury this year.

Songkick sent an email out about their Bristol show and said they're playing Glasto too.

Assumed straight away they'd be Other openers as what would be the point in booking them in a normal slot after 2014 with no new album? Maybe if they'd been doing The Holy Bible in 2014 but it'll just be the same set again, won't it? Hadn't considered the thing about them finishing a gig at 11pm the night before and then being on stage again at 11am, mind. Guess that could be a thing that stops it.

Had been predicting The Kooks but atm can't see past Manics or Elbow (assumed they'd be there I'm an announced slot). The Kooks could be second on, similar to The Hives/The Cribs/Blossoms. Could also see Feeder doing that slot.

I can't see any scenario in which our subs aren't Biffy Clyro, Katy Perry and The xx/The National.

My friend who has the same booker as Biffy seems to think that they will be headlining other ... not sure how he's heard this and its legitimacy but putting it out there ...

I think the fact that this is in Bristol throws this out of the water, considering acts sometimes have to get themselves up a lot earlier to move from one tour venue to the other. As you've mentioned, what would be the point of booking them when we'd just get the same set as before? The only thing they may do is play a longer set as JP headliners but aside from that there's little point in booking them for the same slot as before on the other.

Yeah the one out of The xx/National who aren't subbing Pyramid would be headlining Other Sunday (alongside Major Lazer and alt-J).

yes, he did, saw it on a youtube video posted before.

Travis aren't a bad outside bet, played Croissant Neuf last year as a secret-ish set so maybe Other Opener as a thank you. they certainly fit the "profile" and have plenty of hits that people know.
