They hint that they may do live shows next year.  Surely a great booking for Glastonbury.

Nice one. I'd say thats more than a hint. Clear desire to play live again - I'd be very much up for seeing them as I've heard how good a live act they were and never got to see it.

West Holts headliner would be great - would they have both them and Justice on there as I'd love to see both? and WH seems ideal for both.

Been listening to their "Little Black Book" album this afternoon and been really enjoying it.  From what I can tell, CD1 is mainly new material and CD2 is a DJ set.  Either way, it's good.  Much less mainstream sounding than I expected.

I'd see them.

Added an apostrophe. Oh the shame.

Came here to post this, seems I'm only three hours too late! Ha.

I'd love them, sure they could pull of WH having had a 6 year live hiatus.

I haven't seen them since the Red Light tour and I was pretty disappointed with the show (Bestival, and the state I was in may not have helped) although I've been desperate to see them again!

Was a great gig, that one.

Yeah, I remember seeing them mid-afternoon on the Pyramid and subbing the Other before and it was all a bit... unfocused? They were playing some of their slower tunes, all sorts, and it never really went anywhere. In 08, they just played their upbeat stuff (and At the River) and it all just went off.

Talking of dance acts in hiatus who have played Glasto, I listened to a whole Lemon Jelly album (KY) from start to finish for the first time on Tuesday. They are a lot better an album band than I realised and also very good live. Wiki says they're still officially resting - would be great to see them back!

    • Tbf that happened to me in 2022 so not a one off. 40 euros to drive down 3 streets. I'd have done a runner but the reason for getting the taxi in the first place is cos I couldn't walk no more.
    • I was fully prepared (waterproof jacket, extra pair of socks, foldable umbrella), but after four hours in the rain (from Geese through Oklou to Florence Road), it was just too much. Already at the hotel, let's hope tomorrow's better.
    • It’s rare that I watch question time, but I almost felt sorry for Kenyon, he seemed like a guy just brought off the street which effectively is what he was, made worse by the fact Burnham and the Tory guy were very strong debaters. I think Burnham was very aware not to go too hard on Kenyon and risk him getting sympathy, in fact he pretty much ignored him.
