I'm fairly sure you mentioned United Vibrations

yeah, sorry for my confusion.

It's because i know that at one time I did have Afriquoi rumoured for west holts, but wasn't there before the announcement ... but that's because that band entry got moved to The Gully when they were confirmed for there.

Saturday looks very very clashy currently, might just live at West Holts for the day and forget the rest of the festival exists, not much hope for must sees The National or The Moonlandingz currently...

Are Moonlandingz playing Saturday? I thought I saw somebody say Friday a few weeks ago.

Pretty spot on predictions Neil with a load of the acts announced.

It's nuts, isn't it? That would be a respectable line up for any main stage festival. That this is actually 'third stage down', among a hundred others, is pure barking mad.

Really wish I could be in about four places at once, to get the most from the festival. Unparalleled value

Sweet.  Justice on Sunday gives me my first (confirmed) closing headliner option. Also removed the nightmare clash risk with Radiohead on Friday. Jacksons are a solid party option for Saturday night as well.

Lots on here I want to see this year.  House Gospel Choir has my Sunday morning hangover written all over it.

Not if Radiohead get the 2.5 hour slot they've got at other festivals.

How likely is this? I'm really really hoping that Glastonbury just say "look, Radiohead, I don't know who the fuck you think you are but you absolutely cannot have more time than Coldplay"

Not that I don't want to watch them for 2.5 hours, I just can't deal with the clash headache

Presuming The National are subbing Dave and The Lads, would that mean a clash with Toots?

Or can I still see Toots and slide on over t'Pyramid?

you should have plenty of time to see Toots and get up to the Pyramid for The National.

they'll clash with Avalanches/Solange most likely. probably fall kind of inbetween the 2, although if Foos get 2.5hrs, and The Jacksons do a short-ish set then it might just be a straight National/Avalanches clash.

I'd guess pretty likely, as they've got 2.5 hours at their other festivals this Summer (Werchter, BKS), and we've seen in the past that Glasto are happy to give out slots of this length. However, Radiohead only tend to play for around 2 hours even when they get these length slots so maybe Glasto will just give an a 2 hour slot.

Or Park, in a similar slot to Floating Points last year?

That would actually be awesome! Might be quite nice in the light actually....fingers crossed, I know he's self-confirmed but I keep getting worried that his name hasn't officially cropped up anywhere yet

Think The Jacksons do a short enough set yeah. They open with a couple of Jacksons classics, then a load of utter shite mid set followed by an idiotic medley of the good tunes and then they finish up with some paedo tunes I think.

well, they obviously weren't 'predictions' - and all i really did is passed something on. So thanks to the source for that. :)

You been getting your shoes shined?

Can definitely see myself doing Little Dragon > Anderson .Paak > Radiohead (not convinced Radiohead will get 2.5 hours).

Yeh me too! Will be such a good run if the timing with Radiohead work out. Plus my friend loves Little Dragon but hadn't heard of Paak...but I should be able to convince her to stick around for it. Was thinking I might be watching him on my lonesome

Phenomenal lineup. I'm a bit crushed because all 3 days are made entirely of musts sees/want to sees. I would happily go to the festival with just this lineup.

I know there's definitely other acts I'm dying to see which means I'm going to weep sweet clash tears.

Whyyyy? Whyyyy is it so perfect?

I'd go to West Holts Fest 2017

There's a compelling arguement for all subs and headliners esp if Dizzie is doing his more celebrated material

Looking at Dizzee's last few appearances he does still 'play' his earlier stuff

This was his SW4 setlist

  1. I Don't Need A Reason
  2. Jus' a Rascal
  3. Fix Up, Look Sharp / Pussyole
  4. Heavy
  5. Sirens
  6. Bassline Junkie
  7. The Power
  8. Dance wiv Me
  9. Holiday
  10. You've Got the Dirtee Love
  11. Hype
  12. Bonkers

Thundercat into BadBadNotGood will be a nice one (clash dependent as always). Still split between the hellish clashes of Justice/Metronomy and Avalanches/National - and there'll surely be more to come when the times drop. Bring em on.

I was just watching the Dance Wiv Me video yesterday, had forgotten that there was a pre-EDM megastar Calvin Harris in it (1:15):
