Radiohead Headlining 2017

just been confirmed for Paris Lollapalooza for July 2017 so they are definitely on the road next summer.

It would be an absolute disaster if they don't do it now!

Any day is acceptable, it would take something phenomenal on another stage to miss them so it doesnt matter which. And i'm only a very casual fan

Could do with that actually cause I've got £200 to come from Paddy Power if Ed does the Saturday, every cloud..

Anyone in London in January should definitely consider checking out There Will be Blood with Johnny and orchestra. Saw it performed a couple of years back and it was incredible.

And Radiohead on Saturday night would be my pick (without seeing the rest of the schedule that is). Something about Saturday night feels like the ultimate headliner.

Do you think The Stone Roses could do the Friday? I've just assumed they're doing the Sunday but I suppose the could technically do the Friday..

Roses Friday and Radiohead Sunday would be my personal preference for sure. We need to end the weekend belting out 'for a minute there...'

I can't see the Roses playing the night before their Glasgow gig, I imagine that would be their priority.

Saturday doesn't feel right for some reason..

Suppose they might. You won't get any striking insights from me. Seems fairly likely with what Ed said recently, what Michael said at Oxford and what Neil has heard. Would make me happy if they did.

I haven't got a Scooby which day.

Yeah I'd definitely prefer Roses Friday and Radiohead Sunday. Radiohead much better suited to close the festival imo.

Yeah mine too. I don't usually mind which night a headliner does but I'm not so sure I'll continue going after the fallow year so if it was to be my last then there's no better way to finish.

for me they're a bang-on Sunday act - hits, sing-a-longs, old timer (like the locals the sunday headliner is mostly booked to satisfy), etc, etc.

Friday isn't impossible cos they've got the day free, but Sunday would need an act who better-fitted the locals expectations, and it's hard to see who that might be.

They're nailed on for Sunday in my eyes if they're playing.

Well it did start on Beady Eye so it would be coming full circle on quality there.
