the Park finishes early sometimes on the Sundays - there won't be anybody else on after Grimes

Foals clashing with Explosions in the Sky is an awful one me but Foals will slay the Pyramid but it doesn't even come close to the heart breaking clash that is Tame Impala vs Super Hans in Stonebridge Bar.

Quite pleased with the lineup. Not pleased with the clashes. How can anyone choose between LCD Soundsystem and EW&F!? It's like choosing which member of the family to go visit at the weekend! The clashes part is bad enough but then couple that together with how long it takes to walk from one stage to another makes it twice as bad as you end up missing more. Hmmmm time to try and be strategic only to end up a pisshead who misses everything by falling asleep in the sun outside a bar!

The clashes often get resolved by simply what is nearest to each other. Not walking from the Pyramid up to the Park and straight back etc if it's easier to just walk to the Other and back to Pyramid etc.

I can't even comprehend how I'm going to choose between LCD vs Coldplay vs EW&F vs Cyndi Lauper vs Grimes, Tame Impala vs Chvrches is a kick to the teeth, but in my heart I already know Chvrches have won that ...

Just Sigur Ros vs. Muse and that trio of Garfunkel/Impala/Chvrches.

I'll take Muse over Sigur Ros since I've been wanting to see them for years and always missed them.

And Garfunkel trumps the other two. Hearing some of the greatest songs to come out of New York in the 60s from one of all time great voices is too difficult to pass up. Plus, I didn't go to the Acoustic Stage last year so keen to check it out. I'm seeing Impala at NOS Alive, and I imagine I'll have plenty of opportunities to check out Chvrches over the years (although I'm sure their performance this year will be iconic for their career)

Edit: There are plenty more 'clashes', but those are the only two that are really bothersome. I'd love to see EWF for example, but I don't really consider that a clash because LCD are must see.

Only must sees that clash are Hinds/Mystery Jets and LCD/EW&F.

Bat for Lashes/ELO is quite annoying but I've been waiting for BFL to make an appearance ever since 2009 when they cocked up the timings in the programme and I missed the majority of her set.

A few clashes of acts who I would've quite liked to check out but I'm not gonna agonise about who to see, I'll just see how I feel on the day. Such as Daughter/ZZ Top, John Grant/Last Shadow Puppets, Beck/Guy Garvey etc.

The clash gods have been very kind this year and I thank them for it!

I wish i had that optimism! Prior to today I classed LCD soundsystem and EWF both as must sees. Tame Impala have saved me the clash of Radiohead Vs anyone else on at the time so Chvrches it is.

Not too much in the way of clashes for me, by the look of it, but that's because there's not a great deal I'm too bothered about seeing. I'm looking at this positively as it gives me more time to explore and more time to chill. I might even make it into the circus tent this year!

Art Garfunkel vs Floating Points may just be the most devastating clash in all my years of festivals. I'm torn apart. Adding insult to injury, that's Santigold and Beak> off the table as well.

I would point out to my honourable friend Floor Filler that one could very easily watch Car Seat Headrest's set in its entirety and get oneself down to West Holts in time for a good 45+ minutes of Anna Meredith. There's always the chance of a CSH headrest set in the crow's nest later that day, but sod's law says it lands right in the middle of Saturday afternoon's BASTARD CLASH.

tbh come Saturday morning getting to a venue for anywhere in the am is pretty ambitious in itself, although if i do happen to be up that early i may even do Four Tet > Car Seat Headrest > Anna Meredith

The three I was most excited about seeing were Mac DeMarco, Grimes and LCD.

So that's pretty disappointing

- Madness/Kurt Vile (missing Kurt Vile really is madness but we promised as a group to all watch Madness together)

Will watch Foals then head towards the back and see some of Muse. Hawley is only on at 11pm but it's a trek up to The Park.

Pretty much the same as mine right through, Adele aside. Although there are a few little acts I could tack onto some of these, but they  aren't really that catastrophic.

CSH vs Meredith is annoying but Meredith wipes out most of Cat's Eyes too so 2 vs 1 sorry Anne. Plus I think UK-based Meredith will tour and feature more frequently than Toledo.

EDIT: also had a small fright when I spotted the Matt Corby-Kamasi Washington clash. Then I realised Matt Corby wasn't Kevin Morby and felt sufficiently embarrassed.

it's probably the one i'm most torn about. these types of clashes aren't supposed to happen this early in the day! probably just be a decide on the day affair, although Cat's Eyes vs Oddisee right after each is also a shitter

Cat's Eyes and Oddisee don't clash. Twenty minutes between - tho I've got lost every single time I've tried to walk directly between those stages so I need to spend Wednesday and Thursday practicing.
