Yeah, it's the wind making the pole wobble around as it scans across the view.

Looks like the pyramid stage canvas is being dropped off. 
 

Also it appears that some fields are getting a cut.

I've only been once so grasping the places layout empty is near impossible.

You can use the Time Machine to view webcam images taken during a festival, which should help you get your bearings.

Lovely sunshine on the farm today paths look to be drying up nicely  .... no activity around the pyramid sadly .... they must be doing prep for today's coach sale

There’s a big tent appeared on the hill near worthyview, don’t know if it’s festival related. I recollect it’s been there before.
