I've tried comparing it but can't see it.

I think that top part is definitely letters, ending (so far) in a T, E or F.

But I think they are marking more towards the camera.

Dunno.  Thin end of the wedge isn't it?  Start aligning your festival with corporate brands for the cash and you very quickly lose credibility and dilute your ethos.  Wouldn't feel right.
