  1. i was there yesterday and its card only at the main bars and £6 a pint for amstel or strongbow. the Que system is like playing human snake but it seems to work well.
  2. Hi we need an adult ticket if you have one available. Currently in the camper van fields.
  3. I'm not sure how many people would pay for a live streamed event on the 24th/26th of June. That would be the first weekend with no restrictions for 18 months. I can't see many people wanting to stay home and watch another live stream event even if it was free.
  4. Big high five to everyone who helped put the video together. I really enjoyed that. it did have the bearded feel to it and helped with thie awful feeling i've had over the last few days knowing i wouldn't be in the fields this weekend. Cheers everyone stay safe and lets hope we can do it for real soon.
  5. David gray is touring the white ladder album next year and playing cartmel racecourse on fri 26th june. A possible glastonbury booking. He put some old footage of his pyramid set from 2003 on his facebook feed the other day.
  6. I've done the same the last two years and its been fine. Just let them know you have an awning so they don't park the next van too close then pitch your tent. If you dont take the piss and keep the fire lane clear everything should be fine.
  7. Value for money has to be a factor. The festival is owned and run by a family who are happy making a nice amount of profit and not a greedy corporation that wants to rape every penny from its customers. The way the festival is licensed helps with no restrictions on food and alcohol. Add this to the exposure the main artists receive thus keeping the booking fee down and you have the perfect scenario for years to come.
  8. Some line up news coming on the 25th including a pallet headliner and 2 for the woodlands.
  9. Just tried logging into see tickets and it looks like they have removed the link from the website. has anyone one else tried this. the sign in page has gone.
  10. On the promo video it was hard to tell really but it never shown the spider just the after burner with the full rig around it. Still though a nice catch for the festival and something to warm everyone up when the sun sets.
  11. Yep they put a little teaser out on youtube for an hour last night.
  12. Hi all I have a spare caravan pass if anyone needs one. face value £60. This is just for caravans and towing vehicles only (8m x 8m pitch) in a seperate field to the campervans.
  13. My Baby in the avalon. They could pull off a west holts or park afternoon slot no problem.
  14. A good still cider at a few of the bars. Would love it if they could put the cider bus more central on site or give some of the local somerset cider makers small plots around the place to show off their products.
  15. Lad "all the flys round here are doing my head in" Lads mate " yeah that fuckin no fly zone hasn't worked very well"
  16. Lets hope its got a proper floor inside it can get a bit sticky under foot down that corner. Saying that its going to be dry though ?
  17. Looks like the avalon inn has moved to the bottom corner of the field so the new wood structure is facing the main stage.
  18. Its slipped off the chart with bono and them shoes
  19. With chilli beef and mozzarella. Better the breville you know?
  20. Yep always get a few from it ( First class toastie's ) they normally name a toastie after something thats current in the news. A few years back when the footie was on it was the SUAREZ because it had a bit of a bite to it ?
  21. Try not to worry everyone in two weeks we will be in the best place on planet earth.
  22. Got both the G/A and C/V ticket today. Anyone still waiting it won't be much longer now. ?
  23. Did someone mention sticky stick ???
  24. If your travelling through the night come off the m5 at bristol and pick up the A37 thats always been the shortest route for us. But if you leave at peak times on monday anything on the east side of the site heading to bristol can take hours on the A37. We head southwest to taunton and pick the m5 up. Its about 40miles in the wrong direction for the northwest but seems alot quicker and at least your moving.
