In addition to this do the official Glasto Twitter and Facebook pages usually say that an announcement is imminent or is it a case of someone drops the bomb unannounced.

Nah, pretty sure Kanye was announced in the evening last year. And the main lineup announcement was too if I remember correctly...

Unless a leg break results in Roses stepping in and then I'm all for it (not that I would wish any pain upon anybody of course!! I understand this wont happen but one can dream)

Announcements have come morning, noon and night in the past.

Although I think we're now past there being anything today. Not even Glastonbury would announce on a Friday evening.

NME awards were 17th, EE said more news in around 2 weeks, so imminently, I would hope.  Guessing it's the Adele reveal.

Well I know for a fact something is coming in March, and rumours pretty much everywhere suggest a single is coming 4th March (though I've not heard this personally). Still can't see them playing Glasto though.

Radiohead 4%

I'd say now we know for sure Muse aren't at T or R&L they're now even more likely to be at Glasto. Can't be very often British bands headline festivals in Europe but not one in the UK?

Sadly realistic.  Holding out hope for Radiohead though.
