I'm delighted that it could be Biffy but obviously disappointed with the co-headline as their set will be cut which frustrates me. I still don't understand why this needs to be a co-headline? Why can't FOB sub Biffy? Unless it's someone else who will be co-headlining?

So RHCP are going to be the only big headliners? I like Foals/Disclosure but I was hoping for a genuinely big third headliner. Don't understand why it'd be a co-headline though, FOB are shite and would surely play below?

This is horrific. Why aren't Disclosure and FOB just subbing Foals and Biffy ffs? Biffy subbing FOB at Leeds will be so dumb.

My info is that they're co-headlines, but someone else posted in this thread those two bands and said they're not - and it's not impossible that he's right and I'm wrong. I was told it was wrong at around the time he posted it, tho without getting told what was 'right' until now.

Did your info give say that it'd definitely be a co-headlining thing, or is it just that both bands are playing, neither is headlining, and you're just putting two and two together?

RHCP are playing Friday and Saturday according to their website.

RHCP reading Fri Leeds sat

Foals/ Disclosure reading sat leeds Sunday

Biffy / fob reading Sunday leeds friday

 

Perhaps swap the days for biffy and foals

I don't really mind the idea of FOB as headliners as they're another band who, if you're considering a fresh face to step up, are a decent choice for it.

Clash finders will be difficult this year. Co-headliners  potential closing sets.

May as well go whole hog and list acts in any order throughout the day and put a star next to the headliner.

If Neils info is correct I can't see a place for them, unless it's NME headline with Bloc Party 4th down one day main.

Why not? If there two co-headers on the day then the sub and 3rd act are going to play almost one slot lower than normal but with the set time for those actual positions.

if TLSP play it'll be subbing a co-headliner or third down on the RHCP day - can't see them playing lower than that at R/L. top of the lineup is looking mighty packed at the moment but i suppose they could fit in, although you'd assume whoever's subbing Biffy/FOB will be a slightly heavier act

also can't see TLSP headlining NME myself

I know how it works I just can't see it panning out like that with the acts that have already been announced.
