Really do think Foo Fighters will instead go back and do Glastonbury next year. I can't see Deftones subbing. Slaves won't be as high as 4th either.

I also think Wolf Alice will be bumped to 3rd, like Royal Blood, Imagine Dragons and The Vaccines have been recently. Seems to be something of a "rising stars" slot.

Otherwise, pretty realistic and I can see a lot of those bands playing next year, in similar slots.

Positions are all over the place. Quite a lot of acts you have put there have played higher or the same position (or equivalent) in past three years. I think the artists that this applies to are Disclosure, Two Door Cinema Club, ASAP Rocky, We Are The In Crowd, Young Guns, The 1975, Chvrches, HIAM and Architects. Also Rudimental could sub the main even. Then you have some acts playing too high like AWOLNATION (you know he played 7th on the NME this year right :P ), The Kooks, Wolf Alice, Nickleback and Gorillaz (these two could headline but they wont). Still some decent guesses there and I reckon a few of those bands will show next year.

EDIT: I was meant to say that Nickleback and Gorillaz were too low, not too high

Really can't see Nickelback or Gorrilaz ever being on the bill and I don't think Kooks/1975/ADTR/Disclosure would play those slots. Rest of it seems pretty plausible.

Are you sure ALOWNATION playing 4th on the main is plausible :P
Also ADTR could easily headline the NME, would be pretty cool if they did

Ah yes, missed Awolnation from my list :banghead: .

I think ADTR would be more likely to do a main stage set, but I guess an NME headline set could work.

Most bands play lower than you would expect because fans of the band can't see how unpopular they really are.

"Don Broco are way better than that slot, there must be a reason they're playing that low other than most other people think they're shit"
