I don't know - always found it weird that they never play. But then, they don't do loads of festivals anyway. They'd be great on the Park, and could probably nab a sub spot. Either that or 3rd or 4th JP.

Yeah, I suppose not. Just seems odd how Glastonbury seems pretty damn appropriate for them, yet they've never come back around since playing in 2008 (but played Reading twice - including on the main stage (!) - since then). Even somewhere like William's Green would be feasible I suppose - they shoved fellow late 00s ex-hype band the Young Knives in there this year after all.

Assuming you're on about Alt-J, they're overwhelmingly bigger than that these days (and probably were when they played last year too tbh). Neil's had info saying they're going to headline Other.

Some amazing bands being thrown around in this thread, GYBE and Yo La Tengo are particularly enticing prospects, I reckon Cribs would be a John Peel headliner, though.
