Lineup 2015

I just can't see Libs sticking around long enough to headline festivals next summer, and I certainly can't see promoters being willing to take the risk...

So 2010.

They have shown that they can keep it together twice now and Carl's doing his own thing for a good part of the time between now and August so they're not likely to grow sick of each other's company either.

there haven't been any inter band squabbles or drama (that we've heard of) during their shows has their? so yeah, i don't see why they wouldn't still be around to do it and rake in a lovely big paycheck

edit: also looks like new material is underway

Good evening,

when can we expect the first announcement? (Going to Sziget and I think that both festivals will share some names, why not a headliner [i'm pretty sure that Linkin Park will play both festivals if they are confirmed for a festival in Germany the 14th of august]).

Sziget said that the first names are coming "shortly" (again, they said that in september about the aftermovie, and we didn't get it yet!

Thanks!

Someone from Lebanon.

someone we have reason to show some faith in sent the names to us.

That's no guarantee they're right, but with what i know I believe they're more likely to be right than wrong.

But they could be wrong.

:)

did they give you a third name apart from mumfords and libertines?

    • Plenty of good stuff this month. Very difficult choice, but I'm going with some of those I've listened to most (the sunny weather may also have been influential)...   1. The Coral - 388 2. Kurt Vile - Philadelphia's Been Good to Me 3. The Lemon Twigs - Look For Your Mind!   Others I've been enjoying... Laurie Anderson's live album, Broken Social Scene, Pigeon, The Black Keys, etc
    • Yesterday was was Primavera is all about and a reminder of why I come back every year. I saw 9 acts, very diverse in terms of genre and vibe, and most of them were great.  Highlights:   The Cure - have wanted to see them for years. Finally caught them and it was immaculate. Robert Smith's vocals at his age are incredible. The band sounded exactly like the albums which is impressive. 2.5 hours with basically no filler somehow.  Viagra Boys - what a front man! So much energy. Non stop moshing. Sound was great, vibe was top notch. Again 10/10 for me.  Rilo Kiley - basically what pipan said. Not a huge crowd but nice vibe, good sound. Different from the other acts I saw.   I also enjoyed the late night electronic stuff with Aurora Halal and KI/KI being fun. Caught some of Skrillex before Aurora Halal and it was cool in it's own way but not really my thing so we left.
