Getting the coach this year for the first time ever so not exactly sure what (if any) food we'll bring... would love some advice from any previous coach-goers, do you pack any snacks with you? Just bring booze? Don't bring either?

You dont see milk vans / tractors going round the campsites any more i dont think. 
feel free to correct me if im wrong. The co op is miles away unless youre camped pretty near it, but as a coach traveller you are likely to need it.

There were shops selling the milk rather than the trucks going round the campsites which was a shame.  I didn't actually see any of the shops but the @Glastomilk twitter provided a location map.

I miss the milk trucks coming round to the campsites but we weren't too far from one of the milk stalls so could still wander up and buy some there.

If you're looking to travel light but still cook breakfast I'd be happy to help, I do lots of wild camping and you wouldn't believe how much you can do with a little hand sized stove and foldable pan.

2 cups of tea outside my tent for me, with cereal bars and lots of water. Sometimes the instant porridge from the Co-op too. 

On the coach so have to have a tiny kettle, stove and gas canister, but I can't deal with queues before caffeine!

100% agree. I think the "coffee in a thermos before bed" hack mentioned earlier in the thread could be a game changer for me this year!

Waking up to blue skies and hearing "get your milk, cold drinks...." is ingrained in my mind from previous years. Properly miss it.

The milk is available from milk shops and the stores just not from the tractors which sadly stopped last year . Maybe some point they might bring it back … we can but hope

I haven't camped in public camping since 1995, but knowing that the tractors no longer drive round the campsites delivering milk weirdly makes me sad.

If you'd ever worked in traffic management at Glastonbury, you'd understand why.

A reduction in any unnecessary traffic onsite is a very good thing.

quick q - Does the coop onsite do the porridge pots (ie the just add water to the cup ones).

Will save a bit of space if they do.

Yep they did last year. Normal and golden syrup flavour I think.

It sounds a bit gross but a pot noodle kingpot is my emergency festival fuel.

They contain a whopping 550kcal and go down really easily

A white Russian (I find the mill firm the farm is cold enough) get that and a smoke into me at the tent t g en down for a breakfast bap and cup of tea form the boys a Wells rugby club.
