Thought Cigarettes after sex had allegations against them as well?

probs why they were booked knowing Matt Healy.

Hope AF do some more wider dates!

First I heard about this date came through this...

Happy just to wait and see if they're doing their own dates instead.

Nicely done.

Think they supported one of the runs a few years ago. Dirty Hit labelmates too? Cannae remember.

Bleachers surely will fold a show or two in elsewhere there. In fact, with Bruce Springsteen at BST the following weekend, they may well prove to be one of the supports there.

First album was a Dirty Hit release, and produced by the 1975's drummer, so yeah.

Sound. Memory like a sieve these days.

The poster fascinates me. Leaving aside Healy's most recent barrage of questionable behaviour and the Christ-like arms pose selected for its centrepiece picture, looks to be very much an extension of the In Show and Concert run. Had wondered if they may revert back to the stylings of last year's R+L slot or if they may indicate it as an anniversary performance of the debut a la Gorilla.

The first batch of presales have sold out, but it still provides us with the handy information of pricing.

Standard entry looks to be £57.75, while a VIP option is available at £94.00.

In the age of steadily soaring ticket prices, an all-dayer with at least five bands and more to come through a Live Nation event coming in at under £60 feels like a modern miracle. That should sell out, I'd say.

Was stunned at the price. That size act, outdoors, normally be fetching £70+. Fair play to them keeping it realistic. 2020 was £52, so immaterial movement from 3 years ago👏

Absolutely. My low-end expectation for a bill of that size in 2023 was mid-sixties, and even that was tempered by a sense they may opt to keep it cheap.

Couldn't pay me to be at one of those Live Nation Finsbury Park gigs.

Saw QOTSA there back in 2018 and the organisation was terrible. Understaffed, constant sound/tech issues the whole day, massive queues for bars across site, 2 water points on site in the middle of a heat wave. Worst festival/outdoor gig I've ever experienced.

Not the experience I had at Community last year. Proper decent day, but wasn't fully sold out in fairness so that may have helped.
