Nice to see you all last night.
Good turn out.

Here is a sexy little video I made of my sexy little art thing.

Hoping to get the video viewed and shared in lots of different counties, so please feel free to share it within your own community and circles if you like what I’ve made. It’s also the best video editing I’ve ever done.

Already have several interested buyers.

Cheers,

Ian xx

Somebody said last night that they hadn't seen this and so I am unashamedly bumping it for it is truly wonderful.

Fun time last night, good to see everybody.

Sorry I had to leave relatively early, I always feel that I've missed out when I do - @March Hare's post above suggests that I did. Intrigued.

@danbailey80 asked “which is your favourite part of Glastonbury”. That’s when this place came up. Oh la la, what a treat

Lovely weekend of virtual meet chat to end my weeks leave!
how was the run and toast @Kalopsia?
Any updates from the bird house or the hog house @Big durbs

Well my morning was a disaster (slight overstatement but I'm naturally dramatic)

I got up 7:30am sharp, stripped my bed cleaned my room, bathroom, stretched and ran... Came back from my run to find out father had finished the bloody marmalade (how irritating all week I've been waiting to enjoy my marmalade on toast with a repeat of MOTD😒) I was shocked and appalled but have tried to continue in good spirits, so settled with a nice bit of honey on my toast 😊

poor @Kalopsia , I have had the same with marmalade, bloody step sons did a good half a jar in two days, and I had cut a couple of inch thick slices of nice fresh bread , banged it in the toaster, went to the fridge and the little fuckers had finished the lot !

That's dreadful! I hope you grounded them both, no one touches the marmalade without permission.

    • TOP 10 acts (top 5 in bold😞   Blood Orange (ciutat)   Guitarricadelafuente   Oklou - Looks like I'm capable of enjoying music in the rain after all, just not the whole night.   Rilo Kiley   The Cure   Jade   Depresión Sonora   Gelli Haha (Parc del Forum) - Her music never really clicked with me. Until I saw her live.   MARINA   Six Sex (ciutat) - I was shocked how supersmall the venue was and that almost everyone (except for me) knew every word of every song (including the ones that were released this weekend!).   Honorable mention:   Ashnikko - missed the first 15 minutes (because of Gelli Haha) and I'm not really a fan of her music, but the show was an absolute blast.
    • Totally agree about PinkPantheress stage choice. 'Luckily' for me, one of my main targets, fakemink, was absolutely awful, meaning that I left early and was in a surprisingly good spot at Cupra before it got totally packed.
    • As many said before, not my favourite Primavera. sh*tty weather is something I'm not really used to when enjoying music. Poor communication (more than 1 hour long radio silence during the worst rain) didn't help, but the main problem was me. I decided to leave the venue after things seemed to be getting back to normal. Massive Attack were supposed to play again (with Hymn of the Big Wheel back on the setlist!) as were all other artists on the smaller stages (including Fcukers with one my favourite albums of the year). FOMO was at an all-time high. However, after 4 hours in the rain, I had to admit to myself that I'm not cut out for this. I wasn't even that soaked (water-proof jacket worked). I was just fed up with the rain, wind and cold and wasn't able to enjoy music anymore.   Also, they should stop ignoring the growth of some artists between signing them up and their actual performance. Both PinkPantheress and Ninajirachi sets were ruined for me by completely inadequate stage choice.   However, I felt very much the same way after the 2022 edition and have thoroughly enjoyed all subsequent editions. So I'm still buying early bird tickets for 2027 and hoping this was a hiccup not the start of a downward trend.
    • I will definitely be buying a 2027 early bird pass, partially because of the priority reservation privileges for the Ciutat sets. Hopefully the organization will take action to improve upon this year's failings. Because I thought the free water options and sound quality were an improvement over last year, so clearly they can actually implement positive changes.   I also hope all the douchebag chompers get in the sea, cause I was more bothered by them than in the past few years.   Highlights: The Cure, Ninajirachi, Knocked Loose, Current 93, Blood Orange.
