Can we expect to see more american names who have grow massively through Tiktok similar to Maddison Beer and Jack Harlow like The Kid Laroi or even Iann Dior

We don't know, it depends on travel restrictions.

Melvin has said himself that they aren't releasing anymore tickets

Doubt anymore tickets will be released, everyones 2020 tickets rolled over to this year so was gonna be limited tickets anyway

there will be due to unpaid payment plans. probably wont bother announcing their release though to not get people disappointed or they may just not go on sale to the public

When will this announcement be?

With all the little leaks coming out with tours and Solardo and The Hunna do we think Festival Republic will want to get outahead of it?

A lot is pointing towards the end of the week but don't think anyone knows for certain

Josh from You Me At Six has tweeted saying some good news coming at 6pm tonight. Could be R&L announcement but could equally be another festival or rescheduled tour announcement.

Think it'll be worth watching the comments on that for any hints

They were due to be touring in May, so it’ll be a rescheduled tour.

however, they have just tweeted this

he said its a show not a tour and that there is a lot of announcements coming definitely RandL i'd be very shocked if not

Reckon it will be a one of show like Ally Pally or Royal Albert Hall but also RandL this week just under Queens?

Going back to Architect I just got an email from SlamDunk advertising there shows then underneath said artist announcement next week if they play Slam Dunk in September does that rule them out for Reading and Leeds

Don't think so unless they're billed as an exclusive

To me, that just means more of a general announcement, not hinting towards Architects or anything, with how stacked Slam Dunk already is I can't see too many bigger bands there, Architects at Leeds Fest more than anything but that's just my personal opinion. Only times will tell at the end of the day.

The Clause (new band) have tweeted saying festival announcement tonight so wouldn't be surprised if YM@6 are heading up a smaller indoor festival (Live at Leeds esc)

could be Kendal Calling, You Me At Six were booked to play last year and The Clause seem like the type of act Kendal would book.. they haven't confirmed that they're happening this year i don't think but have hinted towards it, so a line-up announcement along with promotion of tickets could be their way of getting tickets to fly out of sale

Not a usual announcement year though is it, with the line-up meant to of been coming out in January they may just want to get it out there.. from a marketing stand point i understand why they would want to announce the announcement though

    • I’ve said it elsewhere too but Emily Eavis said a 2028 headliner was booked, to me that’s only going to be someone the size of Oasis or Taylor Swift
    • Christ didn't even see that!
    • It does feel very bland. It would certainly spell another year (my third, I think) away from Pyramid headliners for me. That doesn't mean they aren't worthy, though. I don't follow what any of them are up to, as it isn't my thing. Good luck to them.   You would think coming off a fallow year, they would want one big hitter. 'Big hitter' is obviously open to debate, but that was/is Madonna. Let's have it right. The eggs have gone in that basket, and it seems (as far the rumours go) that it's blown up. So now you're left with another plan B/replacement headliner.   I'm still of the opinion that Oasis will do it, before the Oasis thing is all said and done. Probably 2028, if they can come to an agreement. It may transpire that 2027 is bland (or at least to some of us), and 2028 is a bit... wild.   Again, though, none of us categorically know ANY of the headliners, as it stands.
    • Second go.....    Still f**king fantastic - Well done WIlliam Orbit -  Bugman & Trimm Trabb mega tracks - No Distance Left To Run hauntingly Beautiful
