Yeah.

The other thread discusses the idea of metal on arcadia. It's quite hilarious.

wow how up the arse do you sound? arcadia would actually be pretty awesome for that kind of soundtrack given the mutoid/wasteland theme as of last few years,. really dont get the scoffing, it suits that kind of stuff far more then craig charles`s cheesefest for example.

and the `other thread` is based on posts from arcadia themselves talking about how theirs going to be a `heavy soundtrack` and `a little bit of everything` this time......pretty easy to make the connection seeing as theres already a change in attitude to metal music from glasto this year it seems. Could quite easily see there being a night(noone said it would takeover the damn thing for the fest btw) with some industrial stuff on the go esp the stuff that crosses over to electronic stuff at times anyway. stuff like nine inch nails, ministry, white zombie, alec empire, atari teenage riot, white zombie, etc etc your telling me that wouldnt be fucking brilliant with all the pyro and effects in the mix?

What ever the secret is , it's not going to be as good as what's in my head. It's like when you start seeing a really fit girl . For the first few dates before you knob her, all you can think about is how good it will be. We'll do this she'll be really dirty. Then when it happens you spuff in 30 seconds and it's over

Why has nobody mentioned The Prodigy

Because we're all massive simpletons!

Because I am not that lucky!

Perfect other headliner though....and it was discussed at length before. Didnt they have one date that could be a potential?

Are The Prodigy completely ruled out?

They're playing Solidays in France on Friday and Rock in Evreux on the Saturday which is north west of Solidays so they're heading in the right direction!

They've no issue doing 3 gigs in a row in different countries either.

This is what Liam thinks of people who don't do 3 gigs in a row

Prodigy on a Sunday eve though. Chemical Brothers really tested me, Prodigy would put me overboard. Serious energy reserves are needed to be able to do Their Law justice (for instance).

Place went 7 shades of apeshit on Sunday in 2009 for them.
