I just rechecked my balance payment order reference (always paranoid it's a dream) and noticed that the tickets are now showing as in stock. Glastonbury have said tickets are being sent out from Monday.

Wondering if everyones now show as in stock? I've always been quite late to receive my tickets, hopefully this year my fortune has changed!

Excellent, we can now begin the annual agonising over when our tickets will be dispatched, and also look forward to the first picture of a ticket appearing on here.

Hopefully no horror stories of tickets going to neighbours or vanishing this year!

I got very excited the other day when I got an email from See tickets saying my tickets have been dispatched, turned out to be for the Stone Roses, but that's the weekend before so hopefully we'll all be getting them soon! Last couple of years I've always got them almost immediately when they've been dispatched and friends have waited and worried for several week. Got them in the resale this year so it will be interesting to see if that makes any difference #thereisnopattern

 

Edit: It says mine are in stock :)

Mine showing in stock, only just bought them in the resale! They always seem to do them in a completely random order- one year I was in the first batch of deliveries, another I was near last.

Yippee...love it when the postman rings the door bell, signing for the tickets, carefully opening the envelope, spreading the tickets and camper van ticket on the sofa and just stare at them for ages and ages with a big grin!!!

Maybe they've finally updated their system. In previous years of checking it's always said awaiting stock for me and then I'll just get an e-mail when they get sent out. Looks like they're gearing up to start sending right away on Monday. Last year was the first that I didn't receive mine until 2 weeks before which was scary!

Or someone helpfully recycling the post office red missed delivery card before I pick up the tickets.....

My order isn't showing in my See account annoyingly, I know it's there because I can type my order number into the Customer Services page and see it. There used to be a button that would pull in orders that you had placed when not being signed in into your account but can't find it now they've changed their main site.

I've just panicked when I saw my order wasn't on See Tickets, checked my confirmation e-mail to make sure I'd paid.  Glad I read your post about the Customer Services page.
